We dont realy know at all how strong Roger was tho....I dont think its far fetched at all to assume he would surpass Roger if Roger was around Oden's level or just a bit stronger. I mean, WB and Oden clashed pretty evenly.

It is hard to predict how powerful sanji will be at eos. More hard to predict who will be his endgame marine enemy. imo zoro/sanji will fight imu sama's right hand/left hand hence they should be atleast top tiers. Eos sanji can be from anywhere between top tier to yc1+ tier. Lets see.
