Neither Sanji nor Zoro can pass the barrier just like that. It wouldn't make any sense narratively and even if they did (which again makes no sense) they would just heavily injure themselves. Them being the ones Mars is spotting is just as likely as Harry Potter flying in on his Nimbus 2000.

I very much doubt Akainu poses a bigger threat to Luffy than Kizaru or Kaido. G5 Luffy has already destroyed a supposedly lethal magma attack with relative ease (finale against Kaido). At this point it's really only BB and most likely Imu that pose a real threat to him in a 1 vs 1.
