Fujitora and Ryokugyu are so underrated as characters. Maybe it’s because Oda plagiarized them from better works, but I love the draftee duo. It really feels like these guys are well-traveled and have seen shit all over the world. They are both rugged as hell with super unique fighting styles, just super cool characters imo.
I’m not even convinced that Akainu will stay loyal to the WG in the end to be honest with you. The Gorosei and the Holy Knights are so much more evil than anything we’ve seen from Akainu, I’m not sure he stays loyal to them. But that’s because I really don’t think anyone stays loyal to them in the end, the EOS war will be that big of a shit show.

Kaido is the best, most nuanced, and deeply written character in One Piece.
