Maybe Kuma can't actually teleport to Marijoa for some reason. It would explain a recent few chapters of him climbing the Red Line instead of just teleporting there. We know he can still use the ability since he teleported out once he was there. He can teleport out but not in.

I wouldn't bet on it. They seem to lack some bits of knowledge about the ancient past, while Imu knows a lot more than them (if they were contemporaries their knowledge would have been the same).
