King being Kaido's strongest was obvious since we knew him as just a name from Oda's journals. How this is debatable is beyond me.
Apoo would've been the perfect match-up for Usopp. Weakest Beast Pirate versus weakest Straw Hat. Apoo's so weak, he needs ten giants to fight on his behalf, and in fact, it meshes with Usopp's lie that he's beaten ten giants before.
