Since when Zolo is in the ''race'' for being Pirate King?

Zolo is just an underling of Luffy.

If Zolo and Law/Kid changed positions, then you would say Underling Law/Kid is in the race because they would be Luffy's underling (all Strawhats have plot protection) and Captain Zolo would get stomped by Shanks or BB easily instead of Kid/Law.

Supernova and the concept of the Worst Generation were a random inclusion that was never planned.

After how it ended up the supposed main supernovas like captain kid, killer, appoo, x-drake and hawkins, it's clear than oda never were planning them and the original supernovas were Luffy, Zoro and BB (Jaya arc). The other like Law, bonney and capone probably would have been luffy allied but never like important pirates.

Of course just three supernovas is very few so he did the other pirates, especially Kid crew who would be a crew with luffy crew but with bad luck and without special power (without adv coc, special df and swords).

And now oda has removed them of the big race (kid, killer, appoo, x-drake and hawkins) and the only keep up are the jaya arc (luffy, zoro and BB)

The whole concept of generations is pretty weird honestly. Its not about when you started being a pirate but rather when you became famous. Kid started along with ace yet they re considered to be different generations. Shanks is in the same gen as kaido yet they are 19 years apart. Bb is the same as luffy although he is a pirate for 20 years or sth.
Its like marines dont consider those who are not famous as pirates. The whole concept doesnt makes much sense.

Ever since Zoro and all others decided to join Luffy's cause, they are in the race of making him PK and coping about it wont help you.
Luffy, Shanks and BB are in a race of who gets to stop being a silver medalist and they will all lose to Buggy.
Zoro specifically is in his own race of being the strongest in the whole world, above all your favorites.
You seem to be extra hurt by Zoro's bounty knowing his 320mil are worth more than 3bil of those in the PK race. It's ok though.

I've been saying for years that people have wrong expectations about the SN. From the moment Luffy decided to train before going into the NW, for me it was clear that the others were just meant to fail. So they would either lose badly, do absolutely nothing or ally themselves with a stronger character.
I don't know why some people started to become fanboys and created their headcanons talking about the new WB, the new Shiki and whatnot.

If you read the story, it's very easy to understand that they were not there to rival Luffy at all. I see some still believe that, and then they will call bad writing when their favourite loses badly when it's actually just bad reading comprehension.

Kidd is the best example of this mentality. I admit it was funny reading he was going to later on challenge Luffy for the PK title. Dude is a bum strength wise and has a weakass crew. Who is Luffy and Zoro supposed to fight if their crew confront each other?
EOS Sanji beats Kidd and Jimbei beats Killer. The rest of Kidd's crew can be dealt with by the rest of the straw hats or maybe just Zeus.
