I understand what it means, but it is entertainment industry. If he was a culture vulture from the beginning then why Kendrick collabed with him, same for J Cole, Jay Z, Future, Kanye, and others?
Surely, they benefitted from his prime, did not they?
I mean in pure business sense, it was a collaboration.
I dont understand this problem with black community. They were trying to do the same to Eminem not long ago. Melle Mel, Snoop Dogg, and others said things about Eminem. Eminem has been respectful of black artists and even say they inspired him.
They tried to push Eminem out, discredit his legacy and what not.
So, my question is, if music is entertainment, then why black community want to keep it exclusively to blacks only?
As an outsider, the impression I get is whenever a non-black artists shines and do better than other black artists, they will just label him as "he is not like us". Does it have its roots in racism?
