This all started because of fucking Mr. I know everything Al.

Comparing both series or episodes is just dumb, both series are great in their own ways, and both had really great episode 7.

Which series or episode 7 is better, is a matter of personal opinions.

But I will say this again just because someone didn't enjoy or understand a certain episode doesn't make them dumb or a shonen tard.

Again you have to realize that there are so many casuals out there, that just simply watch and move on to the next episode or series.

I gave my own opinions on the 2 episodes and how I feel feel about them

Like I said, man, if you didn't already notice how even after watching the series, I can't help you there.

To clarify my point, it was not a "jab" at casuals, I did use the term shounen tards as it's normally what is used for casuals I believe, but anyway that's not important and people can like/dislike whatever they want and watch whatever they want. In hindsight I should maybe I could have not used that term.

My point was that using the majority's reaction as an argument to reinforce the notion/show that anime X > anime Y is moot/not a valid argument. Because as most are casuals, which is fine on its own, it can't really be used as a measure as that majority/casuals likes mostly the same type of thing. Basically it's not an objective quality measurement to determine the better show and/or proof of argument. Which was what I was responding to and my intention when I made that post.

Anyway that's that.

Even without counting majority argument, Dandadan still has better pacing and better animation than Re:Zero this season. Re:Zero should never have discarded Season 1 animation style, particularly in regards to character designs.

And, this isn't exactly a criticism, but after 3 seasons, most people know going into Re:Zero that Subaru will die (likely more than once) in an arc before saving the day.

On the other hand, Dandadan doesn't follow any specific formula (the only constant in the arcs being the heroes feasting after an arc is over and done with), so every arc, and thus Dandadan itself, feels fresh.

Fine, I only asked because I'd rather not give spoilers away for anime-onlys here.

Ok, so let's stick to her character in the anime so far, then. I think it's easier to explain if I know what your opinion of Aira is, so could you begin by telling me:

1. What did you think of Aira when she was first introduced (eps. 5-6)? Did you think she was delulu? A jerk?

for me no, they stick to her delulu character, they just added some depth to her, which by no means was bad...hats off it was done greatly and in an unexpected way

we got to see some different traits of her but she Is still the same
