It's not fun when you have certain users that keep switching votes all the time.

And I don't think anyone here accidentally votes for a different character, maybe one or two time but not all the time.

Also if there is a rule for their to be mandatory number of votes, then I don't see the problem where there is a rule where users can't switch votes.
