Controversial Could Elbuff be worser then Wano?

No, for example Egghead island arc was at least interesting for me, but when arc begins with a filler fights and almost 10 chapters leads to nothing, that is when a Bell started to ring for me. This already happened in Wano: 10 chapters when nothing happened except some fodder fights.
