Idk if thats going to happen, but I do suspect that once he encounters Luffy, he may have the HKs go after Luffy specifically to try and kill him while he and the Gorosei fight the RAs (to whatever end). The HKs have been painted as the main antagonists for 30 chapters so I think it has to be them still.

Because his way of doing things is so counter intuitive to all other conquerors. He’s patient, cunning, and manipulative. It’s so opposite of all other conquerors we’ve seen.
