It depends how oda plays it for me. If Oda makes it that Gunkos body is hosting part of Imus soul, then it kinda fits for me because we know the soul can hold a devil fruit power (look at Brook) but it’s still separated cause it’s two souls.

I think against sabo, it was imu in his own form. He just used Gunko's df cause he probably can bestow and use the df powers of the gorosei and the hk at will.

Or, there's the possibility that that was just the tail of the devil form and Gunko's arrows being similar to it is either a coincidence, or imu just designed them that way based on his devil tail.

Gaban didn't overwelm luffy and zoro together, we saw the fight and there was no moment like that.


On the other hand we can say gaban impressed them and made them take him seriously.

Gaban used an attack that would have hurt yonko luffy if he didn't dodge or at least counter it (and he was definitely in no position to counter) once zoro stepped in.


Zoro stopping the attack something mean for a yonko with intent to do damage that only a yonko can counter is hype for zoro.

He did one named attack and both goofy and zoro were on edge and sweating after that. He was clearly holding back too cause he didn't use acoc.

And, goofy, a yonko, then proceeded to ask zoro, his firstmate, to help against Gaben. Meaning goofy thought he couldn't take gaben 1 v 1.

So yeah, they were overwhelmed.

He did not stop the entire attack

He barely blocked 1/80 of a casual attack while using 3 swords

The best part is Gaban actually has a fun fighting style and is equal to Rayleigh

he can use speed has ap , Haki and insane movements

Meanwhile Rayleigh just boring swordsman typical like every other one
