10000% chance of never happening cause I know Oda doesnt see Sanji as a fighter. But if it does happen, Ill come back.
Sanji will awaken CoC, Future Sight or both in Elbaph.
Sommers was likely designed with fighting Sanji in mind. He's an ideological enemy, has a formidable power that thematically ties into their ideological dispute, and regen makes him extremely formidable. I don't like the idea of CoC being the counter to regen, but if it is, Sanji's reasoning for awakening would be straightforward. If CoC is not required, I think this match up is a sufficient hard counter circumstances to force Sanji to evolve one way or another.
If I'm right, CoC is a component of Future Sight, so Sanji is likely to awaken both at once.

I missed actually creative uses of simple paracemias.
Gunko is another cool one.
They feel as fresh as pre-Sabaody abilities.
And having Sanji fighting Sommers is definitely a thing I would love. BUt idk.
Because for Sanji to fight Sommers, Zoro would have to fight Killingham.
Not sure if Killingham fits as a Zoro enemy.
But hey, who knows.
