General & Others Rocks didn't cared about Young Loki, but he personally requested WB to make Kaido join him?

We don't have an exact timeline but we know he did it when he was in the Roger Pirates. Roger pirates disbanded when he was 14~15. So anywhere before it is free game. 10 and below sounds too crazy. My guess is 12-14 years old.

Loki was just too young (probably around 20 years old, about 7 years old in giant's years) and Xebec probably had a policy against infants joining his crew. Kaido was already a teenager (15 years old) who looked like a young adult IMO. And even after +/- 10 years of war experience, Kaido was still only an apprentice under Rocks.
About Linlin being scouted by the WG at 6 years old and Loki being ignored as a 20 (7) years old, they were in two different positions. Loki was Elbaf's royalty, while Linlin was an "orphan" (actually a foundling) directly under the (probably) most relevant child trafficker of the world. It's the same as why they didn't scout Roger, Whitebeard, Oden or even the admirals (they just joined the marines in adulthood, most of them by their own free will) as children, the WG was either unaware of them or they weren't "available" for the taking.

Kaidou is the king of 1v1s, the strongest man in the world, the strongest living creature, the toughest guy alive, the strongest drunk in the world, and the strongest living pirate — the invincible Kaidou, *that thing*, the feared one.

Nah man, not interested in that, Shanks aint the only one Mihawk leeches from.
I was only interested in Shanks upscale, topic was about Kaido and Loki and I added Shanks to the equation because I also thought Shanks copied DD when he was 15 yo at most.
Been a fan of Mihawk, Shanks, Luffy and Zoro since the beginning. Loki, Wyper and Dragon are the other characters who I really like.
