Kizaru/GB and Kuzan have narrative importance or are reserved for SHs. Fuji will flip to the good guy side why would Oda have them defeat him.

Since Oda was going off with the Yonko/Admiral pairing since the begining he couldnt have one defeat the other since it would upset the balance.

Zoro vs Sanji is boring because it's hard to argue Sanji > Zoro, it's always just Zoro fans pushing Sanji away from Zoro, and Sanji fans referencing M3/wings to maintain the structure. Not the case with Admiral vs Yonkou, you can straight up say a given Admiral can mid diff a Yonkou or vice versa based off showings or twisting scenes.

I said it couldve been a 3 way battle and Garp mightve clashed with Rocks but then was derailed into fighting Shiki or WB,etc.
