- Luffy lost to a mentally nerfed and turf restricted Kizaru. Kizaru had to feed him instead of killing him. That same Luffy beat Kaido.
- Rookie Xebec killed a turf restricted Admiral.

Officially it's Rookie Xebec > Egghead Luffy > Kaido

But based on what are you basing that a captain is much older than his crew? Its pretty arbitrary. Luffy , doffy , law are all younger than members of their crew for example. Roger and ray are of same age.

Correct after reverie ended is what is means. There is no specificity of time being passed.

You said Xebec was a generation older than Roger/Whitebeard, a generation is 25-30 years, Roger was 39 at God Valley, that means Xebec is in his mid to late 60's at the time per your logic.
