I myself as a Kaido fan think Kaido is the worst written and characterized Yonko. BM was cool in WCI and imo the best written Yonko character wise besides BB and WG ( Im not speaking about power or her gag moments which go hand in hand with her clumsy nature.)

Basically character wise I think:

BB> WB> Luffy> BM> Shanks> Kaido

But hey Shanks is slowly being unraveled as a character so Im sure he will climb higher.

Nika (Luffy) will unite whole world to fight against common enemy i.e. Rain God

Every race and Every nation fighting together to defeat Rain God
Skypiea had four God - Earth God, Sun God, Forest God, Rain God
Rain God was only God who wasn't mentioned here
Other gods will be part of final war but main villain is Rain God
Earth God - Blackbeard
Sun God - Luffy
Forest God(winged dragon) - IMU
Rain God (winged demon) - ???

In terms of characterization of the Yonko:
Buggy > Whitebeard > Blackbeard > Luffy > Shanks > Kaido > Bug Mom

Imu is a systemic villain - he will go down through team work and by Luffy ultimately.

This is why Kuzan is the best marine. Dude left cause he realized there truly is no justice there and can he find justice more as a free BBP than an admiral.

Kaido had decent portrayal. Obviously, oda could have done more justice with his potential but I don't think he actually fumbled that hard with kaido as fans criticize or troll
