In the current flashback, it seems that top 3 are Shiki, Rocks and Newgate.
If you are looking for a Sanji parallel, you shouldn't look among swordsmen. Makes no sense.
Queen, Zeff, Garp, Kuzan, Coby and such are far more likely to parallel Sanji considering none of them are sword swallowers.

Harald must have spoken about Harley’s text to Xebec that must have made him incline to visit Elbaf and also invite Harald to join his crew of course must have turned it down .

He looks spitting image of Blackbeard . What if Blackbeard had Ancient Giant running in his veins is this why he was able to consume two devil fruits .
