Bro if you talking about ACoC being no touch because of that BM and Kaido clash then you need to take into account that the Roger and WB clash was the first one when it was really introduced and why it was special. Before that Oda didnt show it for Shanks and WB either. What is consistent is that ACoC clashes between top tiers results in sky split. The no touch thing may or may not be ACoC specific. IDCoA is for sure no touch since that is the main purpose. For ACoC we have seen both touch and no touch versions. At the end it is all haki and its just to give that dramatic effect for readers.
