So who is Davy Jones? @Salah WG
Someone from Blackbeard's/Xebec's bloodline? Though given the narration, that doesn't seem to be the case, as Xebec was simply called a follower of Davy Jones, a Dacy Jonesian pirate. Was he part of the void century? Or perhaps the first world? Is he maybe even alive? Could he be the lurking legend (perhaps not, as Oda said he has some connection to Whitebeard). Was he a conventional pirate? A demon? The creator of Devil Fruits or the first Devil fruit user, cursed by the sea?

Davy Jones is known to be a Pirate, so He can't be from an Era before Joy Boy was Born or even Started his Journey,
If He was from Void Century, then that means He was either an Ally or Rival of Joy Boy, but if He was an Ally, then He would have been Forgotten same as Joy Boy, that means He either was an Enemy of Joy Boy which makes him Allied with WG or He came Later (After Void Century),
Now, what We also know is that Davy Jones lived on Pirate Island & Created this Davy Back Fight, however in Last Chapter We learned that Pirate Island only became a Haven for Pirates recently, meaning during Jones Time it was a Place for Worst Criminals & those who were Exiled, and i don't think it's a Coincidence that it happens to be near Elbaph,
Imo Pirate Island is actually Country of Villains mentioned by Moria that was Created by Oars (It also makes sense that Oars despite having his own Country didn't even have Clothes for his Journey to Ice Continent, because simply it was Very Poor Country where Villains try to Survive),
According to Manga & Viver Card, Oars Died 500 Years ago at Age of 159, that means his Country of Villains cannot be Older than ~ 600 Years, thus Davy Jones is probably not from Void Century, He is a Pirate who Existed sometime between 200 & 600 Years Ago. (Tbh i feel like the only reason Oda kept Jarul who is +400 Years is so that He tells us more about Davy Jones),

If Oda's Writing taught me something, it's that Islands remember those who "Saved/Protected it", and Oda said Davy Jones is Creator of Davy Back Fight & was Cursed by The Devil, now if We put all this together, what does it mean? It means Davy Jones Protected Pirate Island from Imu!
Why would Imu Attack it? Because History repeats itself & it's the reason this Flashback is been shown at same time as Imu's Invasion of Elbaph, it's because Imu wanted an Ancient Giants Army, but why Pirate Island then?
It's Simple, according to Road, Ancient Giants were the Horror of The Sea in The Past, and They had decent numbers (Hence why many inherited their Strength), but when Little Oars Jr. appeared in Marineford, what did Tsuru say? She didn't say "Oh it's an Ancient Giant", No, She said "It's a Descendant of Oars", which automatically implies that Oars wasn't just some Ancient Giant, and his Country wasn't just for Nobodies, He is The Original Ancient Giant (Maybe some Info i missed might debunk this, but it doesn't change the Context) & He had his own Large Family,
After seeing Elbaph Arc, there is No Way that Imu didn't Target them, and if She did, then We know that She failed, otherwise They wouldn't get Desperate & try to Re-Create them in Punk Hazard, and all of that is thanks to Davy Jones & his Game, (Imu playing Go is another Hint),

This is only One of The Theories that i have regarding who Davy Jones could possibly be, but imo it ties everything & shows that Elbaph Arc is actually History repeating itself, except this Time Luffy will not Fail, why? Because unlike Davy Jones & Xebec who probably didn't get the Help of Giant King (Oars & Harald Respectively), Luffy will have Loki by his side this time,
This also means that Davy Jones is actually Failed Version of Luffy & their Fight is gonna be "So Close", it's basically Pre-TS Luffy vs Lucci on steroids. And btw, have you seen how Gunko who is a Holy Knight serves Imu so closely? This already suggests that Imu's Top Henchman/Vessel isn't a Gorosei but actually a mere Holy Knight,
I said many times that Holy Knights are New CP-9 (Just replace Rokushiki with Abyss that ties them to Imu), with Garling being like Spandine & Old Gen, while Shamrock is New Spandam (Rank/Role Wise, not Power Level ofc), and these Killingham, Gunko & Sommers are just New Kaku, Kalifa & Blueno, the Real Champion of Mary Geoise is whoever gonna be Rob Lucci of Holy Knights, and based on this Theory, it's none other than Davy Jones (And could be Man With Burn Scar)
In other words, Davy Jones = Failed Luffy = Protector of Pirate Island/Giants = Holy Knights Version of Rob Lucci = Imu's Old Enemy turned Top Vessel = Greatest Fighter in History of Mary Geoise (Strongest that Imu ever Recruited)
PS: Even if this whole Theory turns out to be wrong & Davy Jones is indeed from Void Century, then We'd comeback to the same Conclusion that He was working for WG, which would indeed make us again theorize that He is Imu or his Top Vessel,
