OP trynna pretend like Linlin and Newgate ever belonged in the swordsman category just so Leechawk can steal their feats y’all can keep Roger tho his healing air bars really do massage top tiers’ muscles and strengthen em. Just the way Leechawk help Luffy obtain a glimpse of future sight

If it weren't for that sweat drop on Roger, you couldn't give either of them the edge, since both are spitting out blood. The panel itself is drawn weirdly. There's an impact shown on Garp's left side, but there are no motion lines on Roger's blade to indicate a swing, so it has to be a forward thrust. Still, they're on the same tier. I'm not putting Garp over Roger, but it's an extreme diff.
