If one piece is the ancient world itself (the continent below the ocean, emerald city, etc) then that would make the parallel:
one piece -> shandora

Oda intentionally left Koby's backstory prior to accidentally boarding Alvida's ship at age 14 completely blank and placed in him directly next to Imu in the big "WHO FINDS THE ONE PIECE" double page spread. IMO, Fuji and Shiki are both Kurozumis, whose family were Yakuza.
We've never seen "evil" Yakuza in Wano; IMO, the evil Yakuza from Orochi/Fuji's and Shiki's families supported the Kozuki Murder Plot, got caught, and got killed.
I think Fuji will adopt O-Tama, his relative.
