I did a project in high school about protectionism as an economic policy; according to pretty much all available data and studies, a country that decides to stop trading with others or outsourcing labor to same generally falls into a depression/recession very quickly…but at least the brilliant businessman who ran casinos into the ground and couldn’t sell steaks to the meat-and-potatoes lemmings who are now his biggest supporters thinks it’s a good idea, and who are we to doubt him with such a stellar track record??

He had plenty of podcasts denouncing Islam and calling them dangerous, and generalizing brown people as muslim. He also supported the Gaza genocide because eliminating radical Muslims was the top priority.
