Well, I am not a huge fan of Levy x Gajeel, but the plot might be quite interesting, so I'd check I out.

I don't know if the council part was part of it or not. But FT has a Gajeel spin off, it was only few chapters long (18 or 20 chapters I think).
It's called Fairy Tail Gaiden: Rhodonite.

I hope this too. If the whole continent turns into dragons, it would be boring if only team Natsu will be shown....

I wouldn't mind team if team b fights if it was weekly. But man this biweekly schedule really makes these fights drain.

I hate the bi-weekly release too, but I think it's better to show us other characters than always the main team.

Elfman vs Gaia should be an interesting although we don’t know what Gaia demon magic can do yet.

Good Chapter, didn´t expect much.
At this pace they wont make 2-3 fight chapter, given all of these guys had already long battles against OC.
Now left is Gajeel who will get one own chapter of fighting.

It's a shame that we only got one chapter but because it's bi-weekly, we should be glad that we got at least one chapter.

I liked this chapter too, Elfman got Aldoron power up and Mirajane got Daemons form. So I am okay with that.

Maybe Gajeel could even get a two chapter battle?

Yes, it was time for that. Her last battle was against Juliet and Heine and because Mashima gave her a new power up now, she will at least got another battle later or be part of a team battle. To show her new power.

Same with Elfman, he gave him Aldoron take over.

I think Gajeel will also get a new power up in one of the next two chapters.

I only wish we would see more of Meldy and Midnight.

Finally some time to shine for Mira! Oh well, and Elfman too, I guess, but I care for Mira more. As a supposedly Erza's equal she has very few cool feats, I want to see more of her!

Mirajane is still among the strongest, it's a shame that she had so much less screentime in the last few years or more.

But I think she will get another fight in this arc, against the Calamity Bloods or against new demons.

It would be useless if the author only returned and the others for the Oracion Sechs demons. Because Midnight etc could have defeat them too.

Maybe Mashima planed to gave them new power ups for the upcoming fights?
