Three of those four characteristics are applicable to every single one of the right-wing administrations listed in my post and are just generic guidelines that ALL regimes follow, the latter two examples are basically the same thing, Russia has gone completely conservative over the last century, and Chinese socialism bears little resemblance to the traditional definition since they’re the biggest capitalist economy on the planet…it’s cute that you thought you were making a good point by referencing a couple countries whose dictators have steadily skewed to the right even if they started on the left, you were so close to actually accomplishing something here!! 
But anyway, that's why I don't care about right/left wing, this is stupid discussion to me. All I care is about less state because you can't have a dictatorship with a small, weak state.
