Coo =/= flowing haki
Already proven this with pre skip zoro
Not my point. You said basics of haki were obtained through either training with a teacher or by going through something emotionally tough (anger/pushed to the limit), yet Usopp debunks that claim. My point is that you're pretty much making up your own rules about how haki works, be it for basics of hak or "haki flowing". It'd be ok if you only presented this as your personal theory, but you're trying to establish rules that were never established in the verse.

HA001

World's Strongest Swordsman

Ussop doesnt debunk anything.
No one is talking about coo which is a separate haki.

Because Burgess ate the strength fruit and the only three SHP that can stop him are Luffy, Zoro and Sanji. Only an acoc user can defeat him now

Luffy and Zoro won't fight him

So Sanji is the only possible answer

(We know jinbe wont have acoc, so it will be bullshit he defeat Burgess)
Oda going to write an Inu vs Jack esque fight for burgess involving Sabo. DF Burgess vs DF Sabo

You need ACoC to counter crazy durability, I think Burgess' DF mostly boosts his offense.

He will. Oda had them fight once and made burgess responsible for destroying Sabos home. It’s the same as minks vs Jack. Don’t know why I should expect Oda to not recycle plotlines like he’s prone to
Because Oda isn't doing this nonsense with Luffy's brother lmao
One of the biggest running themes in the series is to not get tied up with revenge, Sabo doing just that is bad writing especially since he's meant to be the more rational and mature (for the most part) brother out of the three.

Sabo literally talks about how he can’t forgive the BBP and wants revenge on them in Dressrosa. Not to mention Burgess will also want revenge for what Sabo did

And how is fighting Blackbeards oldest confidant you have history with nonsense?

He fought him there because he had no choice. Luffy would have died otherwise.
Him fighting Burgess would assume nobody else can fight Burgess (i.e Sanji or Jinbe) and that Sabo cares enough to go out of his way to stop Burgess.
