That is actually my point you know. Adv CoC will affect their regen, if they don't use their own CoC, it basically means the attacks they are facing don't have CoC coating.

Harold was as strong as Rocks based on their previous clash and both were friends that were never that serious about killing each other and I am assuming Imu's possession made him as strong as possessed Rocks which resulted in Prime Garp and Roger having a double knockout so it made sense Gaban and Shanks would lose to Harold.

It has either to do with A) Harold temporary resisting the effects for Loki to deliver the final blow after seeing his son or B) the devil fruit has some kind of ability that allows it to negate Imu's power which is the reason why it was one of the two devil fruits that Rocks sought after. So the 2nd mystery devil fruit for all we know is still a mystery or in Luffy's possession or Blackbeards darkness fruit which weakens other DFs and we don't know if Imu's ability is based on some DF he is using.

We dont know if prime Shanks was using Imu's ability or not to defeat Loki but he lost his arm later where Imu's marking was once at which might mean Imu probably can't control him anymore.
