I think the hint from TB is not Sanji finding a weakness to the Knights, but defying Domi Reversi through Power of Love - possibly even freeing himself altogether.

Either one would freak Imu out and could warrant Sanji actually being that notorious.

I'm not a huge fan of the Domi Reversi aesthetic but I do deem the Evil Sanji plotline to be a necessary step for our boy. There is still hope though, Xebec had no horns so DR Sanji might be better than we anticipate
