Questions & Mysteries Did the hammer eat the fruit or did the squirel eat the fruit?

Wasn't weapons "eating" DF a Vegapunk invention? This is before VP time.
The squirrel ate the Mjolnir fruit by mistake, that’s why he reverted back to his true form after Loki bonked him.
The squirrel ate the fruit
Are y'all doing this shit on purpose?

If it was a squirrel it would have died of old age.

We already have context on Vegapunk reinventing a lot of tech, so there's little reason to believe DF weapons weren't a thing before his time.

harald mentioned that ragnir rejected many previous kings. squirrels don't have that kind of lifespan.

If Giants live for hundreds of years, why wouldn’t the other animals on the island do the same? Plus, the squirrel is basically a tool/non living when it’s in hammer mode. Since it's not organic at that point, aging shouldn't even be a factor if the squirrel is primarily in its other form. The squirrel's life is prolonged indefinitely.

And maybe the hammer DF gives a very long lifespan :goyea:

Squirrels have shorter lifespans than humans.

What is there to support Elbaph squirrels live longer than Elbaph giants?

Mind you, we have no idea how old Ragnir actually is.

The "Third World" is 800 years old, but Elbaph goes back thousands of years and we don't know how long Ragnir has been around but it's probably a lot longer than any giant has been alive, including Jarul.

The lifespan argument doesn't work, immortality could very well be one of the DF's mythical properties. Marco's DF makes him age slowly.

That being said, Mythical Zoan are supposed to be living creatures, not objects. I doubt there's a mythical hammer DF.
