I was disappointed too he really made Roger look horrible At Godvalley we find out his equal is fucking silver axe who got offscreen diffed by Marcos dad. And then Roger is a simp and his own crewmate took the girl he wanted then we find out he could barely 2v1 domi rocks.

I think Oda wanted to get rid of roger but couldn’t lol can’t tell me God valley Roger wasn’t the most embarrassing shit you’ve seen from a character of Roger’s narrative

One thing i want to say about this: there were many many people who downplayed Roger in the past, telling me Pirate king doesnt mean he was the strongest, he may have been just the most influencial or the fastest who reached laugh tale. A few arcs later he made the ultimate chad Oden (who actually defeated Kaido) look like a school boy with one kamusari and defeated together wirth garp a DR powered up Xebec. Not a single loss on list. Roger is the type of guy who holds back against his rival just to stretch the fight and have fun a little longer.

Well, if he were there in person, I think there would be no real prospect of success. Imu is literally the big bad of the OP world since the first era and through 3 eras straight.

Not now at least, with Loki potentially wounded.

Tbh every single strong character was horrible displayed at god valley. WB, Roger, Garp, Rocks, Kaido etc. Everyone was disappointing. Oda can draw really beautiful fights If He wants to do and has the time for it. But God Valley was a simp show

After Zoan Loki without ACoC and Ragnir washed a fully controlled Harald, meaning his defense was useless against Loki's power level.

And even if we argue Shanks' CoC is that sophisticated (knocking people out of their DF, which he more or less did against Aramaki the way Joyboy's Haki did to the elders), that's off limit for Kaido, he has shown nothing bar hitting hard. At least we have never seen Kaido knocking out anyone out of their DF (be it Luffy or Yamato).
