Kaido's fruit doesn't have the hype of Loki's fruit. Mostly because Loki's fruit is meant to cause the max amount of destruction possible.
But Kaido's hype came from his defence and the fact that no one could kill him. You need ACoC to hurt him. His fruit was a huge part of that.
Whitebeard had way more destructive capacity than Roger and Kaido, but one was his equal and Kaido's title even placed him above WB, simply because of his defence.

According to Jarul, he doesn´t really know much about the Elbaf fruit. Why? Idk tbh, even Harald didn´t seem super knowledgable on it either really, so I guess the giants are just kind of ignorant about a lot of things outside of Elbaf, especially before Saul moved in.

AssmiraL wankers are just sad. We don't hype Kaido for Zoro scarring him, that is an old feat, we respect strength. Plus we have seen this movie a lot already where every new character is supposed to be stronger than Zoro or new swordsman is supposedly secret WSS. The truth is that Kaido royally shit on many fan favs in terms of power scaling and those fans are desperate for any character to come usurp Kaidos placement.
