As said, the lighting was said to be the strongest/invincible power in the manga --> in this chapter, we see Loki evoking a lightning storm --> clear reference to that

Dragons are the strongest creatures ---> etc.

If in this chapter there isn't an actual reference to the mothers, this mother talk loses the little sense it had.

Please go find where this wording was used again… this is as bad as when people said “wings” wasn’t referring to Zoro and Sanji despite that verbiage also being used in an SBS dozens of SBS ago.

But the primary plot resolved around colon and Ripley and Ripley saying she won’t let Colon die alone and willingly taking the pain from the spikes and jumping with him. The rest were just supplementary.

It’s clear why this chapter was titled as such. If it was about Loki there’d be a quote about him having this title or it would be an intro box or literally anything.

However, the only people in this chapter ever given this title are the mothers. That’s just canon. Trying to make this title about anyone else is just cope based on agenda

This has to be one of the worst drawn pages in shonen history

Loki looks like a cow and generic fodder dragon. No actual detail in the design itself, just black outline, hell even punk hazard dragon had more detail in his design.

And then of course we've got the biggest issue, Oda's talentless hack ass reusing same forced gear 5 pose, he's trying his hardest to make it a thing to the point it's sad. Gear 5 already has the worst design in any manga/anime medium but this particular drawing looks like oda did not give 2 shits and just inserted png on top.
And of course as everyone pointed out, oda's lazy ass forgetting goofy's outfit because the hacks can't remember simplest things, he just goes back to 1044 to redraw same fucking pose every time like a fuckass author he is.

What's more likely, title referring to the cliffhanger of this chapter with Loki/Luffy or being randomly about a joke SBS from 10 years ago that casuals wouldn't even get? (Oda writes primarily for them)

The SBS. It’s the same as Robin calling Sanji the “wings of the pirate king” which was also a quote from an SBS from about a decade previous, yet oda still meant it in the same context as when he said it in that SBS.

That reminds me of all these empty and broken promises such as Zoro's oath to never lose until he faces Mihawk again, which was broken in the very next arc, or Luffy claiming that he'll never run from his opponents again in Dressrosa.
