I still enjoy the series, but certainly not like 10+ years ago. The flame was still on at Dressrosa, but after it there were looong, tough times (WCI to Wano mainly, and FI to Dressrosa was a bit sour already). At first I thought that I didn't appreciate it like before because I was getting older, but some post-skip arcs are just really awful, period. The characters were getting progressively abnormal or even weirder (characters getting too tall, as Katakuri, King, Queen, Big Mom, Kaido; or too goofy/wacky, like Trebol or Raizo*), the strawhats became walking-talking versions of their own gags (poor old Chopper just became a merchandise mascot, for example), too many unnecessary side/minor characters stealing the spotlight (grand fleet, scabbards, et al.), Gear 5th (yeah, I'm one who disliked it... basically we have no stakes anymore), among other things.
I did like Egghead and Elbaf is going well until now (far from peak, but still pretty good by post-skip standards), so the downsides have became much more tolerable in the latest ~100 chapters. I'm also still looking forward to the EoS (not sure about the final war though, Oda so far has dropped the ball in large-scale conflicts), so it'll keep me going 'til the end.
* I know there were many wacky characters in pre-skip, but they usually were very minor (e.g.: God's Army, the Franky Family) or their personalities/actions stood out in a positive way (e.g.: Bentham, Kokoro, Lola, Ivankov, Dadan).
