Well I want to see how woki compares to imu and joyboy. But yeah loki surpassed yonkos/PK level characters to an absurd degree. Like he legit maybe be able to defeat roger ,WB and garp in 1v3 fight. At the very least he is stronger than any combo of two top tiers given how he ragdolled HK harald where as DR xebec was manhandling garp and roger in 1v2.

Keeping into account HK harald should be above DR xebec as he outlived xebec by 25 years + HK amp should be more relevant amp.
