That's why I think your meltdown here is moronic.
We got in Egghead:
- Sanji having the BEST showing against the seraphims, better than Luffy and Zoro.
- Sanji blocking Kizaru's laser (which is basically the same event as Zoro being blocked by Fujitora back in Dressrosa, but better)
- Sanji speedblitzing Zoro's Gorosei opponent in base
- Sanji smaller speed feats of saving Eddison from the beam blast from the Seraphim
Elbaph:
- We got the term "left hand of the pirate king" CANONIZED and Sanji being DIRECTLY compared to Gaban AND the colorspread of Zoro/Sanji mirroing Rayleigh/Gaban and Gaban having ACoC, which solidified Sanji getting ACoC at one point in the story even if it isn't in Elbaph
- Sanji being separated alongside Luffy and Zoro in order to not be hypetooled by Gunko like the rest of the crew and having a tailor made opponent designed for him from the main baddies of the arc

I have nothing against you, and you seem more reasonable than Chrono. Why don't you wait until the end of the arc? After that, if Oda treated Sanji like you're saying then you can come here and tell us "yes, I was right!". This is it. But for now, it's useless. Like others said, the arc is not even in the climax phase.
The only fight Oda really cared about setting up is Gunkimu vs Luffy/Loki, which he set up like a year ago. The rest is borderline filler that he's only going to start on now, after the huge flashback.
Regardless, I'm not really sure how much this affects Sanji? It's ultimately just because Oda had set up a bunch of things up prior to Elbaf, that he likely wanted to rush through this arc(Rocks stuff, GV, Shanks family stuff)

Strawhats vs DR Loki being the second most voted option is quite interesting. If Luffy defeats DR Loki on his own, he would reach a level comparable to Shanks and pave the way for their encounter. However, if the strawhats join the fight, their victory wouldn't be as meaningful.
