Also even tho my main nakama theory is that they’ll all be connected to the island of the road poneglyphs i think there could also be an interesting addition to the theory
Both Jinbe and Yamato were tied to emperors specifically big mom and Kaido. What if the next 2 are also tied to the post timeskip emperors
We know shanks is tied to elbaf and the giants too…
Future Yamato is 100% sailing with the crew, which we knew because she said on Wano multiple times that she wanted to do it and she has an open invitation (along with Momo and Kin) to join whenever she wants.
Whether that’s in the series proper, or as part of an epilogue after the main story is done is still up in the air.
My gut instinct is still that she only joins at a point where the main adventure is done (along with like Tama or some shit) and the crew is complete for 99% of the actual story, except for Vivi’s finale role.
But the only ones he’s done this for (so far) are the Strawhats, Vivi and Luffy’s brothers. That’s quite a exclusive list especially when you consider what characters he hasn’t done it for (he must be absolutely bombarded with Shanks, Law, Kid and Hancock requests at the least, given how popular they are).
But we could also see this is him starting doing it for all these characters, which makes it a bit less special.

Pluton being on Wano where Yamato lives lines up with Crocodile's ambition for obtaining Pluton, if he still wants to.
Not including Franky in the Pluton business would make Yamato the Wano nakama.
