What is this supposed to mean? That some readers want more for him than Oda does?
1. We are awaiting the lore of the black blade. We know that to some extent Oda has to deal with it because we'll have Zoro vs Mihawk. Wano's samurai were strong, and yet Ryuma was the god of the blade. There is something that set him apart and put his blade above WB, Oden, Roger, Shanks, Nusjuro, Harald, and Xebec.
And if THAT'S not a crazy enough list, we are shown that both Nika and Elbaf had swords.

Imho, other than CoC, forging a black blade is the peak of CoA.
2. The two swords outside of Elbaf and Onigashima aren't included in #1 because we don't know the owners. Does it seem unreasonable to think that they had owners, though, and that there's a story? There wasn't anything we discovered in Wano about that katana, but there's no reason to think that another sword is shown in Elbaf for a similarly non existent reason.
Not that is anyway connected to anything.
3. Where in the manga did you find the number 400 as used for an estimate to Ryuma's time? It's kind of a hassle for me to dig out Thriller Bark right now if there's nothing to find.
The information only happens to be perfectly in line to what is said in the manga.
