Perhaps they do, but I believe them to be smart enough to avoid that, it would be a stupid move. They are closer to north korea who claim to be aiming to destroy the US, but are really just taunting to demonstrate their dissuasive capacities.
Israel's goal, on the other hand, is much more ideological and expansionist. They want the entire region and if they have to genocide entire population, they will do it as they know every western leaders (with exceptions) will swallow their rethoric.

in fact I’d say they’re just as expansionist when it comes to sphere of influence. There’s a reason why other MENA countries saw Iran as a hostile nation, not just Israel.
