81 was going to get broken soon anyways tbh, too many people started to score 70+ point games. I expect at least one or two 87-88 point game in the upcoming 3-4 years.

The doors of hell will open once someone gets the next quadruple double imho. After Russ broke the record that was thought as impossible to be broken (triple double average for an entire season), triple double seasons became the norm for the league. Jokic and Luka go crazy. for bandwagon fans definitely since both the Lakers/Warriors aren't contenders this year lol and these types of fans would never root for the Thunder/Spurs/Nuggets. Also East has been on a roll since the All Star Break between the Pistons Celtics Knicks and Cavs
