From what I heard, the drone seems to have come from the sea. That is a weird direction for it to come from and pass undetected if its launched by Iran. Most Americans never pay shit out of pocket. Those large bills you see reported don't happen enough for the average american to believe it is a huge issue.

Denials are rare to begin with, and they happen on both private care and medicaid/medicare anyways
