Speculations Kaido and Big Mom’s alliance

They could become the PK together, maybe, but they're never toppling the WG.
"B-But the Ancient Weapons!!" Only one of those they knew the location of, even if they knew about Shirahoshi she's still an actual PERSON that would have to WANT to cooperate with them, which she wouldn't. And it's also highly likely Imu has Uranus in his possession.
Not to mention all the people they'd have to fight between the 4 Admirals, 5 Gorosei, the Holy Knights (I forget how many HKs there are exactly), and Imu. It's just not possible.
That's not even getting into the stuff with Loki, the Nidhogg, Ragnir, the Nika fruit, Law's fruit, etc.

The thing is that Kaido and Big Mom know the majority of the World Government forces. They witnessed the strength of Imu firsthand, they know the Gods Knights, the Marines and the Pacifistas. They only don't know about the Seraphim or their Ancient Weapon. You can make the argument they don't think the Gorosei are strong but that would be a pretty foolish assumption on their part.
Seems like a lot of confidence for something that's by all rights a suicide mission.

They will beat other yonkos and lose to WG. Imu is too strong. And 3 admirals plus 1 FA plus 2 old gen in Sengoku and garp should dominate even 2 yonkos nonetheless.
Even with pluton there's good chance you need mother flame for it to work.
Their only win coin is to somehow acquire mother flame from vegapunk and use it themselves to activate pluton and attack WG.
Tl DR without ancient weapons they have no chance against WG and only beat rat hair pirates and BBPs.

The thing is, they didn't have a shared goal. I mean, Big Mom surely wanted to be "PK" and create her utopia where all the races of the world could live together, but I don't think that she would be able to defeat her final roadblock, which was Kaido (I feel that she would probably go down earlier, either against another Yonko, an admiral or even Loki). IMO, Kaido was pretty clearly the "final boss" of their Alliance, so they would probably stick to his grand objective in the end: killing himself in a massive war.
His dream was actually to be defeated by Joy Boy and it was a destined thing, predicted even by Oden, so he would probably speed up his end after Luffy's failure. Maybe they would take down Blackbeard and take back Hachinosu (never seemed to be a thing for them, so idk), maybe Shanks would go down as well... they could even try to subdue Elbaf (and much likely fail; due to their bad blood with BM they'd probably prefer to be destroyed), but ultimately they would lose against the WG.
