All the big players have been introduced except Loki, Shamrock, and Imu.

(and the man marked with flames, but we have no idea if this character is going to be a "Big" player)

Also this Arc will end without Imu's backstory and he will definitely have a backstory.

Imo this Elbaf Arc will setup how the final big war will happen:
-Imu will definitely take an L in Elbaf.
-Imu will need another Military Power since he will fail to put Elbaf into submission
-Imu then will recruit Teach as he already wants to be part of the WG

All these for One Piece.
One Piece is what is at stake, which according to Vega Punk is the key to ruling the world.
