Its confirmed now that Imu had kiddy gloves on when he was dealing with his prior pet lizard Loki this whole time. Forget the blood, Luffys mere presence in the fight rocked his shit, so this is the level of Luffy when he isn't held back or plot nerfed. Its also therefore confirmed that Shanks soloed Loki as well then, and Imu absolutely jumped + backstabbed Joy Boy to beat him.

The top 3 in the verse are now 1. Joy Boy 2. Shanks 3. Luffy

Nah that's cope, its also on the black and white images, check the Cubari one. Its just harder to see, he didn't have the sweats in the panel right before (when he was fighting Loki), that literally confirms that Luffy's presence alone started making him sweat
