Seems to be way far fetched.
Looking at the panels the onomatopeia used was ''gin'' that just means that the person is staring. The others are even more insane. Being closer to someone in a panel does not mean anything, neither is believing in Luffy, since all SH do that.
If you want people to believe that Sanji can get CoC show what he did that actually show iron will and the desire to die for something. Fucking Usopp had many moments when he acted like a boss unwilling to back down to defend what he believed and has a bigger claim to get CoC in the future than Sanji. And that's ok.
Outside of trolls everyone knows that he will be number 3 in the crew until the end. It's not like he will lack power or anything EoS. Instead of claiming for things that will not happen ask for things that made his character fun pre-ts, like his Mr. Prince persona and his strategic capabilities helping the SH in the background (like he is missing because he's doing some 007 shit with brook off panel that will help in the end).

This really didn't age well. especially after Oda went and wrote Roger and Rocks crew as complete outliers of what we have been seeing in other organisations. Heck even Kaido's crew in Wano when objectively scaled has a clear dynamic where right and left hand men are close in strength and a step above the 3rd commander.

> When we saw the first time he used CoC, only Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Usopp got an highlighted/single panel about them reacting to Rayleigh's CoC.
