Burgess without a DF vs Mera Mera Sabo btw
DR Burgess with the Buff Buff fruit is easily on par with Super Sommers without Gram. Add a covenant and ACoC and he becomes as strong as Prime Garp. With Fengxi yokai he is unstoppable

Reminds me of people who thought Bellamy and Killer were Sanji’s brothers.
"Slender and fast" isn’t the typical kind of opponent Sanji fights though, he fights physical beasts more often than not. And you sneakily omitted Jabra and Wadatsumi.
Queen’s DF wasn’t invisibility though, it was a power on top of his pure strength-oriented DF.

On who gets this first though, I hear you but don't think Luffy necessarily has to get it first even more so if all of the M3's applications of it are different. Moreover I legit think Sanji might already be somewhat tapping into it via PoL as you gotta wonder why Oda introduced that ability on Egghead.
With PoL Sanji is manifest intent via Love.
That said, I do think you make a good point on that though, Oda likes to give golden boy the first bite of the apple just not sure how that will work with the current setup as Sanji and Zoro's fights have to end first.
Don't know about lazers but I can see Sanji shooting a barrage of flames from his legs at some point in the future if he hasn't done so already. Will depend on whether Oda feels it necessary for him though. Sanji's speed already compensates for his lack of long ranged attacks.
On Gaban's attack though my personally take away from it is that it seemed to be the ability to project one's intent via CoC, in Gaban's case it was to cut. So can't help but feel that in Sanji's case said intent will be projected towards CoC that burns if that makes sense.
Would be mad though if Sanji is able to ignite stuff without making contact with it from long range though
