These new batch of stats are Hara being a bit less drunken.

Nah he should be relative to Renpa and Gaimou, he shouldn’t really be above them.

The problem with these stats still remain that if someone like Ouki at 97 can beat someone like Houken who is higher than him, these stats still effectively mean very little and are ultimately pointless.

But these new stats are at least a step in the right direction.

Ouki lil being stronger than Renpa but a lil bit less smart was perfect for the balance
