If Zoro's KoH can simply turn off during a critical moment of a battle, he could get absolutely demolished lmao.
Using it at will is DEFINITELY something worth getting.

By turning on and off do you mean, being in KoH mode vs just imbuing his swords with haki but not in KoH mode
