Y'all gotta realise that coz you say it so with a bunch of the other brethren flooding the conversation with that view doesn't change the reality of tings.

I can go through the constantly growing L list from time memorial lol
Sanji will never be a top tier
Sanji won't fight a calamity
Sanji will be replaced by Robin (insert Franky, Jinbe and so on)
Gaban is a figment of y'all imaginaiton
Gaban cannot use conqueror's Haki
Sanji will never awaken Conquerors Haki
and so on...


The narrative is very clear on Sanji and Zoro. They will always be relative whether you like it or not.
why that is such a massive problem for y'all i will never understand but it is what is lol

I had to come back from hiatus, after I hear Zoro has a training arc with his conquerors haki. :goyea:

I will laugh if Oda really go that I am Sam route, an allow sanji to pull conquerors haki out of his ass.


Rn, Zoro at the end of series before his rematch with mihawk, will be stronger than prime shanks

Sanji with the upscale still wouldnt beat vista

it’s a neg diff.

Zoro wins, as he is the crews #2. The gap shouldn't be big though; comparable to the gap between Rayleigh and Gaban. Otherwise the title wings would hold no merit. ACoC + flames far hotter than current Ifrit + other Germa modifications like his tough body should be good enough to push Zoro hard.

Zoro had the better feats and had a lion's share of fights (usually gets more than Sanji in general) coming out the timeskip till Sanji actually got his 1 v 1 against Queen on Wano, whereas Sanji got clashes at best and was always going up against incredibly strong characters relative to him at each point. With Oda only giving us teases with him from time to time, so going off the eye test Zoro looks much better than Sanji. Then there's the fact that Oda's always tryna tell a story with Sanji. His shin cracking against Vergo (whose armament was strong enough to break Smoker's armament infused jitte tbh), in hindsight was Oda setting the groundwork for his exoskeleton for example.


I also think their haki specialities influenced how both appeared for the longest. Zoro's being armament and Sanji's being Observation. Observation doesn't really stand out as much as Armament combat wise, and in Zoro's case it looks even more impressive as his strongest stat in the first place is his AP so there's that.


Also, Zoro coming out the timeskip is portrayed as an edgy badass whereas Sanji is more comical, with Oda going extreme in both directions, so that affects how both look eye test wise.


To answer your question though, off the eye test Zoro looks much better than Sanji, but in actuality if Oda actually pit post-ts Zoro against post-ts Sanji I think it'd be a close fight. Zoro's AP is OD but Sanji's speed is also OD. Zoro's armament is elite and Sanji's observation is elite too. So I mean...

Outside of the Zoro/Sanji agenda ridden folks and their echo chamber, it's obvious that Zoro wins Extreme Diff like always. No, Zoro does not mid diff and No, Sanji is not equal to him.

Eos would be crazy scale though

Zoro = ACoC + ACoA + Black Blades + Ashura + Hellfire

Sanji = ACoC + ACoO + Black Flames + Exoskeleton + Regeneration + Flight
