My top picks for BBP matchups for Sanji:
Kuzan (if he still is a part of BBP when the fight happens)
Laffite (mysterious powers, smart and suave, perfect foil for Sanji imo)
Van Augur (broken fruit and sniping powers, perfect setup for Sanji's CoO FS feats)

But if it's Burgess or Pizzaro, I'm like "eh ok, I can see durability vs exo and North Blue gang"

Shiryu and BB are reserved for Zoro and Luffy respectively (I'd be very surprised if Sanji fights a sword bro, and invisible DF again, although Shiryu being 2nd captain is sus)

Sanji vs Lafitte because of all the similarities in fighting style, physique and role

Coby vs Kuzan but I see it as a clash or brief fight before Kuzan real motives are revealed. I see Kuzan dying or being defeated by BB if Kuzan is good.
