1. Yes, they end up there, cause both Holy Knights flee to Imu sama. They get nuked right before a crucial moment in the Imu vs Loki fight, allowing hybrid Loki to get a big hit in.
2. They will take over, when Loki is done and stall for Luffy: Sanji doing shield stuff & Zoro sword stuff. Means Sanji blocks a big one and Zoro gets in a big one.
I think they will deliver & press Imu/damage him, before getting beaten again.
3. Imo hybrid Loki will get a chapter again & not lose fast. There will be a theme bound to their fight like "now he can tank stigma" that will make it interesting.
4. I don't think so. Luffy will come back and figure out a PU: haki mass with which he either goes full hakiblast (like Galaxy impact) or full physical punch (like infinitum explosion)
5. Imu will leave Elbaf cause of an empty stamina tank or because Lili's tool can eradicate the pentagrams.

There are many ways that Oda could write Imu's Defeat here, not permanently but at least weaken him so that next Arc He won't Fight & only become a living source of power,
However, I'm gonna pretend that Oda won't go the obvious way & Imu will actually win, but without SHs Efforts being useless, so which Scenario helps fulfill Imu's Goal? But at same time Elbaph Kids do not leave & SHs aren't taken out?
There is one scenario that I always keep thinking about, and it's instead of Imu going back to Mary Geoise or taking Kids there, He will bring Mary Geoise to Elbaph, basically imagine Imu is losing, we see that "Defeat" Scene similar to how Saturn was defeated by Bonney & Luffy in a symbolic way rather than actually knocked out, but after that He starts to prepare something massive, basically like when Pain prepared to nuke Konoha, and they realize something bad is gonna happen, and they try to stop it but fail,
Imu uses all his energy to open a massive portal & teleport entire Mary Geoise on top of Elbaph in Heaven World, declaring "Ragnarok" & that marks beginning of Enies Lobby-Like 2nd Part of this Saga, and I think this is the event that Oda hyped up recently in some jump message (Forgot which one),
Now imagine such News? How wd everyone react hearing that Mary Geoise is no longer on Red Line & it's actually in Elbaph now?
Red-Hair Pirates, Cross Guild, Blackbeard Pirates, Marine HQ, Cipher-Pol 0, Gorosei/Holy Knights, Revos Army, Sword, Neo Mads & many other Factions will all head towards Elbaph,
Endgame Battle Royale, where Oda will get rid of 99.99% of Main Cast.

It’s pure speculation, but I’d like to think so. I'm going with yes.
2. If they do, will they significantly harm Imu, or get brushed off again?
It depends on your definition of "significantly" (would you count Hajrudin's moment as significant?). I think they’ll at least manage to draw some blood, land a solid wound, or stall him for a bit.
3. Will Hybrid Loki lose quickly or get off-paneled?
He might get off-paneled to some extent, but he'll still get a few dedicated chapters.
4. Will Luffy take another L?
It's possible, assuming his current situation doesn't already count as one.
5. Will Imu leave Elbaf defeated or undefeated?
He'll be forced to retreat. He won’t be completely KO’d with the classic white eyes, but he’ll likely be "dispelled" or forced away after a massive clash, similar to how the Gorosei were handled on Egghead.
6. Will Imu leave Elbaf alive or dead?
Alive. Blackbeard is going to be the one to kill him down the line.
